We provide full documentation, accounting for every barrel of petrochemical product delivered and every Dollar/Euro spent on project management.

We understand that costs are usually being paid out of public funds provided by national governments or multilateral agencies and there is a need for us to be open and fully accountable.

Because of the special needs of emerging market clients, we strongly believe that all projects require the continuing attention and supervision of our Chief Executive Officer and of the highest levels of our management.

Long-Term Relationships

We place a high value on long-term relationships and are committed to developing them.

Recently, an emerging market country client of ours was unable to obtain the personal protective equipment that its front-line workers needed to fight the COVID pandemic.Through our worldwide contacts we were able to find the transportation needed to import the equipment and supervised the import and distribution of the equipment.

We were pleased to contribute our time to this at no charge because we believe that providing our clients emergency assistance is part of our relationship.

We focus on clients in emerging market countries because those countries often do not command the attention of larger suppliers and project managers who are either unaware of, or indifferent to, the special attention to logistics, project management and credit terms that emerging market clients need to be successful.

We operate from multiple locations in the United States with a particular emphasis on the petrochemical community in Louisiana and Texas.

Our team has over 50 years of cumulative experience in international trade and finance, with many decades of experience working in emerging market countries. We are familiar with the budgeting constraints, government contracting and donor support issues that our clients face.
